Iowa’s commitments are coming at a fast and furious pace and on Friday, two more players have been added to the live well.

Ohio offensive lineman Sean Welsh and Missouri receiver Andre Harris are the two players.

Welsh had offers from Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Miami (FL), West Virginia and other MAC schools at the time he committed to Iowa. He is 6-3/275.

Harris had an offer from Illinois and could be a DB or WR at the college level, though he says Iowa is going to look at him as a receiver off the bat.

Iowa is now up to 12 known verbal commitments, which does not include Sunday’s ‘verbal’ from Mycial Adams. Iow asked Adams to hold off until he had at least visited Iowa City. Iowa has now added two WR’s to the class since then, including Derrick Mitchell from yesterday. Mitchell and Harris are both St. Louis area preps.
