Iowa sent all ten of its wrestlers on to Saturday night’s semifinals round. Iowa has 93 points to Penn State’s 59, a 34-point lead for the Hawkeyes. Andy Hamilton from the Iowa City Press Citizen pointed out in a tweet that the 93 points Iowa scored in the first session of the event were more than they scored the entire tournament the year before Tom Brands arrived at Iowa.
